Question:
Arm Wax...can't decide whether to go for it??! Help!
Right, I have finally booked an arm wax....!! But now Im starting to panic that when it grows back it is going to feel horrible and stubbly for a little bit (ie if my boyf touches my arms its going to feel pretty disgusting...which I DO NOT want..!) - so can any of you tell me whether this is a problem when you get them waxed or will I not notice it?! The hair is fine anyway, IM just worried about the first few days or so of regrowth when its just coming thru?! Need some advice beforemy appointment tonight otherwise I can just see myself cancelling it :p
i was scared initially but now im so used to it...i cant shave- i hate shaving- i cut myself once n that scar is still there-anyways waxing isnt so painful- ur skin will get used to it once u keep doin it... it would only hurt for a second and then ull have smooth skin - ull love it- it wont grow back thick- i noticed it grows think only wen i used to shave- so no more shaving
..so will the regrowth be less noticable then? I'm just REALLY worried abuot having stubbly arms for a few days while they grow back! Please can someone reassure me bcos i dont want it done if that is the case :p
I've never had an arm wax as I usually just bleach the hair on my arms but if you're worried about regrowth then maybe something like this would help? I've just ordered some myself after a rec from another bagger who said it was really good so I'll let you know how I get on with it if you want? :)

The reason you get stubble when shaving is because you're slicing the top of the hair off, creating a blunt end which feels sharp to touch. When waxing, the hair is pulled out of its follicle under the skin. Regrowth starts off very fine and then goes back to normal, but you won't have any stubble whatsoever.
