Shiny Legs....
Question:

Shiny Legs....
I'm going out on Friday in a pair of white shorts, and I'd like to use something on my legs to make them glisten, but really don't want to get oily marks on my white shorts, which I would get if I used baby oil gel or something similar :( Would a so-called 'dry' oil work, or is there anything else you gals can recommend please?
Cheers lots.

Duh!! Didn't see the thread directly below mine re. Palmers Leg Gloss :o Would this not leave residue on my cool new shorts?

I was just going to recommend the palmers body gloss! You have to make sure you rub it in properly or it will leave a kind of silvery sheen on your shorts and you definitely dont want that to happen! You could also try dry oils from the body shop. I usually rub some cocoa body butter on my legs and that seems to make them glisten :)

I recommend just slathering your legs in whatever moisturiser you usually use (maybe do two layers), as then you won't have to worry about marking your shorts with oil. I slap loads of E45 cream on my legs when I'm wearing a skirt, and my legs are shiny for the whole day, and nothing rubs off on anything.

heregirl I'm going to try the leg gloss tonight, so I'll let you know if I think it would mark your white shorts tomorrow.
Poke me if I forget!
Also, highlighter down your shins looks lovely and won't be near enough to your shorts to mark.
