I am not becka but the percentage need is .5% to 1% of vitamin e. This is based on pure vitamin e which is very thick.

What sort of equipment are you after? With regards to jars, you can get small quantities from Butterbur and Sage or Aromantic. I do not know if these would be cost effective though?
