Anyone tried using oil to shave bikini area with?
This is a tip I got from another site.
When doing sensitive areas like the undercarriage it is apparently less painful if you use oil on the area before shaving. Apparently this is recommended to blokes who want to do their bits.
Not tried it myself but might have a go on a small area later. Don't want to slip though!
Can't say I've tried it, and I wonder how it would work, usually I don't shave using a razor, I use a remington bikini shaver, take the top bit of the shaver off and pull skin taught so I don't catch it, it does leave some hairs as it doesn't cut the hair as close as shaving with a razor would but it's still pretty good!
Whenever I use a razor I find that it leaves me with a really painfull and itchy rash, however, I have also found that to soothe a shaving rash, use Nivea aftershave balm for men, it's lovely and smells nice too! I've got a few sample/travel size bottles which last quite a while so it might be worth getting some :)
