Chest Exfoliation

Chest Exfoliation
Good or bad idea?
I have a Decleor facial every three months and like the results from the exfoliation treatment that goes with it. I was wondering if you could do the same for your upper chest. I would want something gentle to use maybe once a month.
I cleanse and moisturise from forehead to decollete, but something to brighten and smooth the chest skin would be nice.
Any thoughts, recommendations?
