Benefit Doctor Feelgood
Question:

Benefit Doctor Feelgood
Hi! I have done a serch but it didnt come up with anything :)
I got cornered for a Benefit makeover when I was in Boots yesterday and ended up buying the Doctor Feelgood because it made my skin look really even and filled in my large pores which was great!
The lady said that I could use it as a primer under my foundation, which is perfect for me as usually the foundation goes in my open pores and looks awful.
When I got home yesterday to use it I put it on my face just like she had, left it to dry a bit, but when I went to put my foundation over it it just slid round my face!
On the tin it says to use OVER make up! So now I am really confused as t how I am meant to be using this. Surely putting it over make up would just rub it off!
Any advice would be great thanks :)
ETA not related but I also have a free make up lesson booked with them which I thought was nice! And got a sample of the Honey facial scrub and mask which smells just like marzipan mmmmm!

i use both under foundation to prime the skin and on top of it when there's oil breakthrough, however it does make skin flaky sometimes.

I got a free Benefit 'Chickster' set from HoF last week (with a voucher from a magazine), and I had to have a free 'make-up lesson' as part of the deal (although I didn't learn much as she just did my make-up!).
The SA used Doctor Feelgood underneath the foundation that she used (she made me feel my skin after she'd applied it!). I wasn't impressed with how my skin looked though - the products she used made my skin look dry and patchy (I don't normally wear foundation though, so maybe it looked ok to everyone else).
The rest of my make-up (eyeshadow/blusher/lips) looked nice though, with the exception of my eyelashes; my eyelashes are naturally long and she applied so much mascara to them that they looked like massive false eyelashes once she had finished - I had to walk around town with them like that afterwards, and I felt that everyone was staring at them. My eyelids felt really heavy after a while! I didn't buy anything.

Tell my about it! When she did my make over she put the Doctor feel good on first. I was so impressed that I couldnt see my pores I was expecting good things from the rest of it.
SHe then put loads of stuff on my face that made it look all glittery, and caked my eyes with thick gold eyeshadow creme! it looked hideous and it wouldn't budge when i tried to wipe it off with my finger in the shop window so no one saw me looking like a drag queen!

 It's normally blusher that I have to rub off as I'm walking out after a makeover, so I was horrified to discover that my lashes looked like that - there was nothing I could do about them!
I was very tempted by the eyeshadow she used though (one of the Show-Off powders), as it looked very pretty.
