I know this has already been touched upon. When you know your feet are going to be on show what do you opt for a home pedicure or a trip to a specialist?
I've only had a pedicure once and afterwards I just felt that my own home efforts had been superior. But that was a longtime ago and am tempted to venture out again.
Any London recs?

I do my own feet. I use the Microplane foot file to remove hard skin (which is fantastic) and Aveda Foot Relief to moisturise. I paint my toenails with Chanel Rouge Noir.
microplane foot file and palmers cocoa butter and opi kyoto pearl nail varnish. perfect!
Microplane and aveda foot relief for me too :) And then usually a high shine pearly pink nail varnish to finish!
I do my own too. I use a chiropodists tool (you can get them in lloyds pharmacys) to take off hard skin, I put aqueous creme on at night and then cotton socks and they are lovely ad soft in the morning. Then a lovely nail varnish and ta daaa!:)
