Question:
pedicure and swollen feet
i want to treat my feet to a pedicure at home and i was wondering if i should soak them in warm or cold water since they are swollen after an exhausting and fun trip to London.:)
Returning to a very hot Athens possibly made things worse for my feet.
so,any ideas?
thanx!:)
If they are hot swollen I would soak them in a cooler water - not icy or anything. But a slightly warmer water is best when trimming toe nails and generally softening skin on feet.
Hope this helps a bit!
thanx a lot:)
also add some dead sea salts ( from health shops/Boots) maybe a liitle essential oil of your choice. I like hot then cold water to really feel a benefit :)
Scrub with a brush and / or exfoliating cream. I have just bought a Newtons chiropody sponge from Boots to do my hard skin on heels:sick: with  it's great and only approx. 1 pound 60 pence.
Slather on foot lotion or cream after..feels sooooooooooo good ;)
enjoy!
