Question:
stupid stupid mistake!
Hey
i'm hoping someone can help me
a few weeks ago i was plucking my eyebrows and using the huuuge magnifying side of my mirror and spotted a fine dark hair on my chin, as soon as i plucked it out i regretted it!
Now it's beginning to grow back thicker, i don't know if its very noticable or i just notice it because i'm conscious of it, but i don't want it! and i know that plucking it out again won't help what can i do??
i tried bleaching it but nothing happened! i always made fun of my mama for having whiskers now i have one..:boohoo:
It won't be thicker, it's just that you are aware of it more. Hairs grow back the same. Even with shaving people say it makes them thicker/darker, it doesn't its just because there's a blunt edge after you shave it, which isn't as smooth as hair that's not been shaved.
In answer to your question, I'd just pluck it again if it was me.
thanks for your reply i wish i hadn't done it, looking back it wasn't even bad! just the fact i'd magnified it by about 10 times:o
Awww I hate those magnifying mirrors too!
I wouldn't worry about it eveyone obsesses over one thing or another that anyone else would never see, or think anything of! :)

Well if its a family tendency, you may have to consider electrolsis or laser in the future, but theres nothing wrong with plucking it out.
