Question:
Eyes & eyeliners
I use a liquid liner on the top of my eye and also on below my eye, if you want to make your eyes look dramatic and stand out, would you use a black eyeliner on the inside of your eye, (you know where i mean) when you pull your eye down
Also those that use liquid eye liners on the bottom below the eye, do you go right the way across or stop 1/2 way :confused: also do you go right across the lower eye, starting from the outside where it would be thick and making the line thiner as you come to the inside of the eye

If you're after dramatic eyes this is how I do mine...
put black eyeliner (kohl/ eyepencil) all along the inside of my eyes, take a cotton bud and smudge it so its not a "hard" line of black,
put a natural eyeshadow all over my eyelids,
put a darker (shadow) eyeshadow on the outside corner(crease) of my eyelids and blend into inner eyes,
then put black liquid eyeliner or eyeliner along the lash line, but making the line thinner towards the inner corner and then a "flick" at the outer corners,
then apply a thin line of eyeliner underneath the lower lashes and again "smudge" with a cotton bud so its not a hard line.
If my eyeliner doesnt smudge well, I use some black shadow on top as its much easier to blend and create a smoky look.
