Question:
feel guilty, last night i slept with
my make up on! aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh
i am not well again and i fell asleep on the sofa, but hubby didnt wake me up so only woke at 630 today. had a good wash but
i hate that yukky feeling, and really annoyed with myself as my skin will come up bad now :( sh!t sh!t
anyone else do this?
Yep occasionally have done this and it feels horrid in the morning! Makes my skin look grotty for a fair few days and often gives me zits. Awful... but sometimes the laziness sets in.....
Dont know where i heard this but if u dont take ur make up off at night and use all ur moisturizers ect that u normally use, it is apparently a waste of seven-nine days/nights worth of skincare. Make sense???:confused: Dont quote me tho, as its not my opinion its somethin i heard ;)
can see the bad effects already, a cluster of zits on cheek have appeared :(

I started a on this a couple of months ago, because I read the same thing in Bella. I think the general consensus was that it couldn't possibly be true- such an exact figure!
