Question:
I look 'white as a sheet' by the end of the day
I use a bronzing lotion on my skin and bronzing pearls before I go to work and people say I look really radiant then by 3pm I look white as a sheet and everyone asks if I'm ill :mad:
How do you get your make up to last all day? I can't really touch up through the day.
Anyone got any good recs for a long lasting bronzer/foundation?
have you thought about faking it? Something like fake bake or st tropez will give you a natural bronzed look that won't rub off - and I always find i can get away with less coverage foundation wise when I look tanned.
Otherwise maybe go for a tinted moisturiser - you rebel by benefit is lovely (looks bloody scary in teh tube though as it is very dark:eek: )
Otherwise part two - keep a stash of bronzing pears in your desk drawer at work and reapply at lunch or something....
Try using a tanning moisturiser (Johnsons/Tesco etc) as this doesn't rub off like makeup. It takes a few days to build up but gives a nice colour. Lancome do a self tanning gel for the face which also works but I find this makes my face feel a bit too clogged up.
Other than that, I'm using a Max Factor foundation (the one with two tubes in one) and a bit of Lancome Star Bronzer.
This has replaced the old tinted face gel which used to be my survival kit - gutted they discontinued it as it always made me look lovely and glowy! The new one is still really nice though and lasts me all day. Well, unless it's been a particularly bad one!
