Question:
cleanser
Does anyone have any recs for a cleanser to help clear up my spots.I'm using cleanse and polish right now and I love it but I'm going to try something else as the only thing it isn't doing is clearing up my spots.I don't have acne, I just get a few spots on my forehead and nose so I don't like to use any of the ones designed for spotty skin as I also have dry, bumpy cheeks so they dry my skin out to much also they make my t zone oilier than it was in the first place.I don't mind the price as I spend quite alot of money on skincare anyway but I know cheaper products can be just as good so I really don't mind.I've tried clarins cleansing milk, clinique 3 step, lush cleansers, dermalogica ultracalming cleanser and loads of others in the past but nothing has really worked for me so I'm just looking for a bit of inspiration.Thanx.
I was going to suggest Dermalogica but youve tried it. I love their products when my skin's oily x
I use Neoceuticals Clarifying Facial Cleanser. It's a face wash & around £20 so not cheap but has worked wonders for me. It was recommended by a dermatologist & I buy it online.
Sounds a bit like my skin although I only have the occasional spot.
I use Philosophy Purity Made Simple which isn't a foaming cleanser but washes away the toughest of makeup but still leaves my face feeling moisturised. My dry patches have cleared up and my T-zone is less oily. No breakouts either :D
What moisturiser do you use? I kept having breakouts while I was using a Nivea one (the non-shine one) - I kept switching my cleansers until I ran out of the stuff, tried a different one and found that my spots stayed away!
