Question:
How much will you spend on Mascara?
I tend to end up paying top whack and go for Lancome and Lauder mascaras as they give me such beautiful lashes. But as they don't last long the way other eye make up does I always feel a bit guilty splashing out £17 odd on a mascara. And I have forgotten how good or bad the cheaper ones can be. I seem to recall that the Maybelline pink tube one was good.
What mascaras do you like? What will you spend? And do you think it is worth it?
The only top end mascara I like is Lancome Definicils. I splashed out £17 on the EL lash xl mascara and it clumped and dried out very quickly. I find that the cheaper brands produce better mascaras than the top end brands. I like no7 lash extensions and Maybelline Sky High Curves.

I use Lancome L'Extreme, for special occassions now, but I'm using the new Maybelline Lash Stylist for everyday and I think it's just as good as the Lancome one. It gives a really good finish for around £6/£7 quid.
For about 5 years I've been using Rimmel Length and Lift in Jet Black and its the best mascara I've ever tried. For £4.99 its a bargain and lasts ages. I find it nice and inky and really shows off my lashes. Would never bother paying over the odds for a flashy mascara. Would rather spend it on a better quality base.
I don't spend more than £5. I use Maybelline Volume Express mascara and love the way it thickens up my lashes. I change mine every 2 months for hygiene reasons so I couldn't afford to use an expensive one really.
