Question:
washing make up brushes
hey!
this morning I washed my make up brushes for the first time in about two months :o (i know thtats really bad but I havent remembered!)
i was so suprised at how much muck came off them, I was disguisted that I'd been rubbing my face with that for so long!
so now I'm determined to do it all the time but how many times a month should I be doing it? once, twice..? im not sure!
and also is washig them with normal shampoo okay?

I wash my foundation and concealor brush every other day with Mac brush cleanser. I wash my blusher and eye make-up brush less often though - just when I feel like it really,

i do mine every sunday (well - that is the intention, I have been known to forget)- i either use shampoo or handwash both of which seem to do the trick - though like Candycane if I am using a foundation brush I wash it a lot more often -

I've read and I always wash my make-up brushes once a week. I use Johnson's baby shampoo as I've heard this is good to use. But also, any shampoo is fine.

yeah mintyfresh I'm going to make it my sundaty ritual to wash them! :lol:
i wonder if they've gave me spots because there so filthy!!! :think:
also how do you dry yours, I just stuck mine in the airing cupboard! :lol:
