Hmm, which heading should cosmetic surgery come under? I'm sure i can't be the first person to post about "nips and tucks".
Actually i'm looking at getting a breast uplift (mastoplexy) and wondered if anyone else had any experiences to share. How do you go about finding a good surgeon? I'm almost certainly having to look abroad as the cost in UK is just prohibitive.
